The following is the Office Personnel Contract.  This document was requested through FOIL.

It is important to note that this contract expired in June 2005.  I recommend that residents wishing to make a statement regarding the new contract contact the Board of Education.

Update January 4, 2005
A new agreement was ratified by the Board of Education at the December 14, 2005 Board meeting.  While I do not yet have the new contract, I do have the Memorandum of Understanding that contains the details of the new contract.  The link for Memorandum is below the contract link.
