The following is the 2004-2005 Independent Auditors Report.  The report is rather long and may take quite a long time to download for dial-up users.  While I do encourage all visitors to read over the audit I think it is worthwhile to point out an important note included in the auditors recommendations at the end of the report. 

Fiscal Stress:

The decreasing trend in your Fund Equity is a strong indication that the District will be facing financial difficulties.
